Administration:
Our Administration Team maintains the high standards of excellence for our church and its facilities, as well as assures that it is a welcoming place for people to worship. We seek to effectively inform our congregation and community of our progress in mission and in our opportunities to serve.
The objective of Administration is to maintain a facility that is warm, welcoming, clean and in good repair and to have the very best equipment for comfort and communication that is technically available and within our budgetary guidelines.

Administration Team Goals
Year One: We will continue to address and improve the business machines used in the office and for the entire facility. We also will continue to address equipment needs such as air conditioning units and machines regularly used to maintain our facility. Our responsibilities also include assisting the Building and Planning Team in creating a funding plan for our potential building repurposing while at the same time balancing current operations with capital funding.
Year Two: We will assist the Planning and Building Team in implementing a capital funding process while balancing our day to day operations along with the maintaining our existing facilities.
Year Three: We will transition from the construction phase of our repurposing efforts into the day to day operations of our ministry.
Year Four: We will create a new plan to maintain the newly repurposed facility and continuously improve all aspects of our teams’ area of responsibility.
