VANCO Online Giving Instructions
1) Go to Bella Vista Lutheran Church’s website
2) From the Menu, click on the “Donation” tab located to the right of the home page.
3) Click on the “Donate” button
4) Click on “Create Profile.”
5) Type in your email. Confirm the email. Note: This is required to create the profile. Do not skip this step.
6) Now, enter all necessary information. If you have already created a profile with Give+, type in all the information the same way you did when you signed up with the app.
7) Once sign-up has been completed, you will be able to donate. Please note: if you have already made a transaction through Give+, you will be shown your giving history.
8) Click “Add transaction.”
9) Type in the amount of the donation.
10) Choose the frequency of the donation. (i.e. one-time, recurring).
11) Choose dates. Please note: There is a two-day period between the time you donate and the time that money is actually withdrawn from your account.
12) Click “Continue.”
13) On the “Donation Information” page, choose the type of account you want to use (i.e. credit/debit or checking account) and enter all necessary information. Note: Enter your numbers and check them to make sure they match your card or checking account routing numbers. For Credit/Debit transactions, be sure to enter the security code. If any of these are either incorrect or not entered, your card will be rejected. Using a credit card will result in a 3% charge to the church, using your checking account eliminates the charge. If you wish to use a credit card and absorb the 3% cost to the church, simply hit the Button and 3% will be added to the amount of your donation.
14) If you have already given through Give+, you may choose a saved card or checking account in the system. Check the “I am not a robot” box.
15) You will see the information regarding your transaction to the right.
16) Click the process button to confirm the transaction.
17) You will receive a confirmation page with a confirmation number if the transaction was successful. Print for your records.
GIVE+ Smart Phone App Giving Procedure

GIVE+ Smart Phone App Giving Procedure
- Using your device’s app store, download and install the GIVE+ Mobile app (Not VANCO).
- Open the app.
- An “Allow GIVE+ Mobile to access your location” message will appear. You should probably touch “Don’t allow.”
- Search for Bella Vista Lutheran Church using the church’s zip code “72715”. Then choose “Bella Vista Lutheran Church.”
- Create an account by touching the “Create Account” button. Do not attempt to “sign in” or “give now” until you have done this important step.
- Once in the “Create Account” screen, accurately enter all information, especially your email as this is the information that will be used to determine your member number by the church.
- Upon receiving email confirmation that the user has been created, you will be sent a link to confirm your new account. Click on the link.
- You can then go back to the GIVE+ app to make a donation. (BVLC should show at the top of your app’s home page. Sign in using email and password.
- Touch the “+” sign at the top right of the page to donate.
- Select the frequency (i.e. one-time, recurring)
- Type in the amount of donation or select one of the standard amounts shown on the page.
- Touch “Add.”
- Touch “Next.”
- Touch one of the payment choices.
- Enter your account information manually.
- Check the account information for accuracy before submitting.
- Touch “Complete Donation.”
- A donation summary page will open in your internet browser.
- Touch “Done.”
